Final Walk Through

Service Description

The final walk through is a service unique to Cornerstone in which we will come back to the previously inspected property prior to your closing date to re-inspect certain items: 1. Areas may have been inaccessible during the initial inspection. 2. Items that were to be replaced/repaired based off of the initial inspection. This is an added layer of protection that will ensure the home has been fully inspected, and any repairs were done correctly by today's standards.
